Oct 2021 – Balance & Positivity
October is the Libra season and can be described in one word: balance.
But what comes along balance this season is positivity. It’s about letting go of the negativity around us and focusing on the good.
At this time, keeping our frequency high, raising our vibrations and turning towards the light is very important so we are not entangled into the tensions and dramas of the outside life.
There are always positive things waiting ahead for us, so despite any strong emotions, dramatic events or complicated feelings that you experience during this time, know that they are making themselves known to you in order for you to let them go, to cleanse and release them.
What can you do to stay positive this month?
Make a decision not to be sucked into drama, division or polarity
Keep yourself connected to higher vibrations.
Be aligned with the best version of yourself.
Channel your confidence and empower yourself.
Decide where you might want to be more adventurous in your own life.
We are now into the Metal season which is about the Gut, Lungs, Skin, and Mind. Introducing white fruits and vegetables like pears, cauliflower, fennel, cabbage (fermented even better!) parsnips. Doing a colon fast and colonic hydration with juices is a great idea to cleanse the area. I can recommend Blessed herbs.
It a good time to take more magnesium (up to 350mg) and vitamin D (min 5000ui) daily to keep our minds and energy on top as the days start getting shorter and darker!
So it is also time to look after those intestines for the sake of our brain! Fermented products are a great and natural way to support both gut and brain.
Cooking apples are now in season and I love cooking them whole in the oven. Just cut the core and fill with butter, coconut sugar, cinnamon and flaked almonds. Bake in the oven until they go fluffy and caramelised! enjoy warm with ice cream of vanilla yogurt! Yum!
My motto for this month is:
I trust myself.
I am not afraid to speak my truth.
I live in the now.
