Service Description

This is the 1st assessment of your overall health, it is an in depth health check on your own history, lifestyle and diet, examining the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of your life. It lasts for a minimum of an hour and a half. At the end of the session you will be given a program to follow that includes the tips and techniques that can help you turn your issues around. A copy of your assessment will also be sent to you with an analysis of any imbalances that may be evident.
